O colectie de fotografii de o calitate exceptionala datind din perioada 1916-1918, perioada in care Puterile Centrale au ocupat Partial Romania (si Bucurestiul) In Bucuresti au fost parcate trupe germane. turcesti si bulgaresti (bulgarii au avut comanda in Hotel Capsa).Fotografiile au fost "prinse" de fotografi profesionisti, atasati de armata germana de ocupatie.
